Returns & replacements

If a book arrives damaged or misprinted, tell us within 30 days of delivery using the contact form. We may ask for a photo. We'll print and send a replacement at no cost to you — there's no need to send the damaged copy back.

Each copy is printed just for you, so we can only accept returns for damaged or misprinted books. Please check the format and language before you order.

Delivery times are listed on our shipping page. If your tracking hasn't moved for more than a week, contact us with your order number and we'll look into it with the carrier.
